Ex-Turkey wire rod offers to Sri Lanka

SteelOrbis has been informed that ex-Turkey low carbon wire rod offers to Sri Lanka are at $750-755/mt CFR for late April and May shipments.
 
Recently, Turkish producers have increased their wire rod market share in Sri Lanka, as compared to producers from the Far East. On the other hand, the New Tamil Year holiday which will start on April 12 in Sri Lanka is expected to be prolonged until April 22.
