SteelOrbis has been informed that rebar prices in the Greek domestic market have shown a decrease of approximately €70/mt over the last two weeks. The main reason behind this decrease is the sluggishness seen in end-user demand. However, Italian mills have still continued to offer to Greece's domestic market even though the traders there are not purchasing currently.

Accordingly, Italian mills are offering rebars to Greece at the level of €520-530/mt ($765-779/mt) CFR on actual weight basis for October/November shipments.
