Ex-China rebar and wire rod offers - week 30

SteelOrbis has learned that the prices of Chinese origin 18 mm HRB 335 boron-added rebar for export markets have decreased by $10/mt as compared to last week and are now at $570/mt FOB, including 13 percent export tax rebate, on actual weight basis, for payments via letter of credit and for mid-August shipment.
 
Meanwhile, the prices of Chinese origin 6.5 mm low carbon boron-added wire rod for Southeast Asia have also moved down, decreasing by $5/mt since last week, and are currently at $595/mt CFR, including 17 percent VAT, on actual weight basis, for payments via letter of credit and for mid-August shipment.
