Egyptian steelmaker EZZ's offers for January production rebar and wire rod

SteelOrbis has been informed by market sources that Egyptian steelmaker EZZ Steel has lowered its January production rebar prices by EGP 120/mt ($16.78/mt) as compared to its price levels for December output materials to EGP 4,730/mt ($662/mt) ex-works.

Meanwhile, EZZ also reduced its January production wire rod prices, decreasing them by EGP 170/mt ($23.78/mt) as compared to its price levels for December output materials to EGP 4,680/mt ($656/mt) ex-works.

Both prices including eight percent VAT.

$1 = EGP 7.15
