Egyptian steel producers announce their rebar prices

According to market sources, Egypt-based steelmaker El Marakby Steel's rebar prices for October production have increased by EGP 1,360/mt ($153/mt) during the past month to EGP 7,300/mt ($822/mt) ex-works.
 
Meanwhile, another steel producer Al Ghioshy based in Egypt has increased its rebar prices for October output by EGP 800/mt ($30/mt) over the past two weeks to EGP 7,300/mt ($822/mt) ex-works.
 
All prices include 13 percent VAT.
