Over the past seven days, demand in the local Spanish rebar market has lost its strength and is currently at low levels. Market sources state that buyers have completed replenishment of their inventories, while some Spanish rebar producers have begun maintenance works with the start of the traditional summer holiday period. Domestic rebar prices in Spain have remained stable week on week at €510-520/mt ($592-603/mt) delivered to customer.
