After continuously receiving price inquiries and also concluding sales to the Balkan countries last week, Greek rebar producers have been receiving lower demand from the Balkan region as of the beginning of the current week. As a result, demand for Greek rebar exports in the international markets has fallen further in the current week. However, it is observed that Greek mills have kept their rebar export quotations stable week on week at €500-510/mt ($575-587/mt) FOB due to the ongoing high levels of import scrap prices in Greece.
