SteelOrbis is informed that the quotations for such items has remained uchanged compared with the previous week. Recently, domestic sales prices for H-
beams have become stable after the frenzied upward movement of the past several weeks.
China's key H-beam producers - Magang, Rizhao Iron and Steel,
Laiwu Iron and Steel, and JinXi Iron and Steel - have constantly raised their ex-factory prices, as previously reported by SteelOrbis, which pushed sales prices up. In addition, SteelOrbis has heard that Magang will increase its ex-factory prices by RMB 60-80/mt ($8-10/mt) for H-
beams during this weekend.
