Billet and rebar prices in Taiwan - week 13

SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of commercial grade billet of 120 mm x 12 mm have increased by NTD 300/mt ($9/mt) over the past week to NTD 9,300-9,700/mt ($288-301/mt) ex-works, for shipments in late May.
 
In the meantime, rebar prices in the Taiwanese domestic market, which have increased by NTD 300/mt ($9/mt) since last week, are now at the following levels:

The above prices include five percent VAT, are ex-warehouse, and are also for shipments in late May.
