During the given week, buyers have mostly held a wait-and-see stance as regards purchases of HDG materials, resulting in slack transaction activity in the market. As the Mid-Autumn Festival (September 26-27) and National Day Holiday (October 1-7) are approaching, the wait-and-see mood in the market will likely continue, while it is thought that it would be difficult to stimulate transaction activity with price reductions. It is expected that HDG prices in the Chinese domestic market will continue their stable movement in the coming week.
