According to market sources, a Ukrainian steel producer has increased its hot rolled coil (HRC) prices for the Turkish market by $20/mt as compared to two weeks ago to $300-305/mt CFR, for April shipment. However, market players consider these prices to be on the high side, and so are hesitating to conclude deals.
