Market sources state that hot rolled coil (HRC) offers from Ukraine to Turkey have started to range at $280-285/mt CFR, increasing by $15/mt on the low end and by $10/mt on the higher end week on week. Meanwhile, cold rolled coil (CRC) offers from Ukraine to Turkey have remained stable over the past week at $330-340/mt CFR. Both offer ranges are for March production and April shipment.
