Turkish steel mills conclude slab deals

Turkish steel mills, not finding scrap at the prices they expected, have turned their attention to slab, concluding deals for ex-Russia slab at the price level of $490-500/mt CFR. In the meantime, Brazil origin slab offers to Turkey are at $490/mt CFR, though no deals have been heard so far.
