Turkish HRC export prices decrease

Demand in the export markets for Turkish flat steel is still at low levels, while buyers continue to exert pressure on Turkish suppliers’ prices as they consider the current price levels to be on the high side. Turkish hot rolled coil (HRC) offers have decreased by $5/mt week on week to $285-295/mt FOB, while Turkish cold rolled coil (CRC) prices have remained stable at $390-400/mt FOB, both for February production
