Over the past week, demand in the local Turkish coated steel market has remained at low levels and buyers have continued to postpone their bookings, making bookings only to meet their immediate needs. Market sources state that they do not expect any demand recovery in the short term due to ongoing stagnation of activity during the summer season and industrial maintenance works at end-users, which accelerate in August as usual.
