Jiangsu Province-based Shagang Group, China’s largest private steelmaker, has issued its list prices for steel plate for July this year.

Accordingly, the company has kept its offer price for 20 mm x 2,000 mm Q235B steel plate stable at RMB 3,850/mt ($565/mt) ex-works, for delivery in July.

Previously, the producer had raised its offer price for 20 mm x 2,000 mm Q235B steel plate by RMB 150/mt ($22/mt) to RMB 3,850/mt ($564.5/mt) ex-works, for delivery in June.

Amid the widespread rainy weather and high temperatures which will continue to negatively affect market sentiments, Shagang Group has decided to keep its prices stable.
