Russian HRC prices keep moving up

Market sources report that Russian origin commercial grade hot rolled steel sheet in coils were offered at the range of $270-285/mt FOB St Baltic/Black Sea by late June/early July for August production material. However traders say there are not many offers in the market as of now and prices are expected to go further up for September production material.
