Producer prices remain stable in local Turkish CRC market

Over the past week, producer prices in the local Turkish cold rolled coil (CRC) market have remained stable at $630-650/mt ex-works and no discounts have been offered by producers, as their hot rolled coil (HRC) prices for the domestic market have remained unchanged. Meanwhile, demand has remained weak as buyers have continued to monitor the market and have postponed their bookings.

Meanwhile, Turkish traders’ CRC prices in the local spot market have declined by $10/mt week on week at the following levels:

The offers are on ex-warehouse basis, for November delivery, and exclude 18 percent VAT.
