Prices in local European flat steel market

Over the past month, cold rolled coil (CRC) prices in the European flat steel market have decreased by €5/mt ($6/mt) to €490-520/mt ($544-578/mt); while, over the past two months, hot dip galvanized (HDG) prices in the European market have declined by €15/mt ($17/mt) to €490-520/mt ($544-578/mt) ex-works, according to market sources.
