SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that import hot rolled coil (HRC) prices in the Omani steel market have decreased following the downward trend in scrap and iron ore prices.
Accordingly, 3 mm and thicker HRC offers from China to Oman have decreased by $10-15/mt since last week and are now standing at $560-565/mt CFR.
