HRC prices in the Italian market

SteelOrbis has learned that imported material is being offered in the local Italian flats market at the price level of around €450-470/mt ($572-597/mt) FOT. It is reported that the local Italian flats market has been calm this week, while the flats prices have remained unchanged compared to last week. Although no activity has been seen in demand, local prices have retained their price levels of last week. Meanwhile, Chinese origin HRC is being offered to Italy at €460/mt ($585/mt) CIF Italy for December shipment.
