Ukrainian steel producers Zaporizhstal and Ilyich Iron & Steel Works, subsidiaries of Ukraine-based Metinvest, have decreased their March production hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to Turkey by $10-15/mt as compared to last week to $590-595/mt CFR, the range expected by Turkish buyers, as buyers found offers to be on the high side and so demand remained weak.
