SteelOrbis has learned that in the Tunisian flat steel market, hot rolled coil (HRC) offers given from Russian steel producer MMK stand at $730/mt CFR, while ex-UK HRC offers are at €530/mt ($705/mt) CFR, both for November rolling.

Russian offers are considered to be high in Tunisia, where HRC demand remains sluggish, while offers from Europe are thought to be workable.
