NLMK USA today announced they would be raising prices on "all products a minimum of $30/nt ($1.50 cwt. or $33/mt), effective immediately."

NLMK USA said the increase is in response to rising input costs and "a quickly improving commercial environment."

Nucor Sheet Mill Group, California Steel Industries (CSI) and US Steel announced they would be implementing $30/nt ($1.50 cwt. or $33/mt) price increases late last week. As with the NLMK USA increase, the Nucor, CSI and US Steel increases are set to take hold "effective immediately."
