According to market sources, ex-Russia hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to Tunisia are in the range of $400-410/mt CFR, while Russian cold rolled coil (CRC) offers to Tunisia are at $500/mt CFR, both for July production. Market sources state that demand for flat steel in the Tunisian market is weak due to low steel consumption in the country and financial problems.
