SteelOrbis has been informed that offers from Russia to the Tunisian market for November production hot rolled coil (HRC) are standing at $700-720/mt CFR, while HRC offers from Ukraine to Tunisia for November production HRC are at $670-700/mt CFR.

Despite the price decline in Russian offers as compared to previous weeks, the Russian offer price levels are still higher than Tunisian buyers' price idea. No demand is observed in Tunisia for either the Russian or Ukrainian offers, as Tunisian buyers prefer to delay their bookings for the time being, having sufficient stocks.
