According to market sources, ex-CIS hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to the export markets have decreased by an average of $10/mt as of today, May 2, to $450-470/mt FOB, while cold rolled coil (CRC) offers to the same destination have moved down by an average of $20/mt today to $490-500/mt FOB.
