On August 7, SteelOrbis reported Chinese offers to Chile for HRC are at $540-550/mt CFR, CRC at $575-585/mt CFR, and HDG at $670-680/mt CFR.
According to sources, Chinese offers have continued their upward trend and are presently heard at $570-575 for HRC, at $620-630/mt CFR for CRC and $705-715/mt CFR for HDG. The updated HRC range represents an increase of $30/mt from the bottom of the previous range and $25/mt from the top of the previous range. CRC offers have increased by $45/mt from the previous range and HDG offers are up $35/mt.
