According to market sources, ex-CIS hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to the export markets have increased by an average of $10/mt as of today, July 13, to $470-490/mt FOB, while ex-CIS cold rolled coil (CRC) export offers have moved up by an average of $10/mt today to $520-530/mt FOB.
