Zhujiang Steel raises ex-factory HRC prices

SteelOrbis Shanghai On February 6, Guangdong Province-based middle scale mill Guangzhou Zhujiang Steel Co., Ltd announced an upward adjustment to its ex-factory prices for hot rolled coil. The details are as follows: The price of 1.45 mm-2.1 mm thick HRC increased RMB 100/mt ($13/mt), while that of 2.1 mm-3.2 mm thick HRC increased RMB 130/mt ($17/mt). Meanwhile, the price of >3.2 mm thick HRC increased RMB 200/mt ($26/mt). After the adjustment, the new price of >3.95 mm thick ZJ400 HRC is RMB 4,250/mt ($549/mt), while that of 2.0 mm thick ZJ400 HRC is RMB 4,730/mt ($611/mt). The above prices include 17 percent VAT.
