Yu Steel nears completion of long steel project

Gansu Province-based Chinese steel company Jiugang Steel Group Co. (JISCO) has stated that its subsidiary Lanzhou, Gansu-based subsidiary Yuzhong Iron and Steel Co. (Yu Steel) has almost completed construction work on its new long steel project. Hot run tests of all equipment are expected to begin before April 30 this year.

China MCC5 Group is responsible for construction work on the project in question. Upon commissioning, the new project is expected to boost the position of Yu Steel as a competitive supplier of high quality building materials in the western region of China.
