Jiangsu Province-based Wuxi NewDaZhong Steel Co. has released its ex-factory product prices for the month of October.
The producer's ex-factory price of HDG has increased RMB 100/mt ($13/mt). After adjustment, the new price of 0.5 mm thick HDG is RMB 6,050/mt ($805/mt), while that of 1.0 mm thick HDG is RMB 5,650/mt ($751/mt).
The ex-factory price of color coated coil has increased RMB 50-70/mt ($7-9/mt). After adjustment, the new price of 0.4 mm thick color coated coil is RMB 7,250/mt ($964/mt), while that of 0.47 mm thick color coated coil is RMB 6,900/mt ($918/mt).
All the above prices include 17 percent VAT and are effective as of October 1, 2007.
