Wuxi NewDaZhong Steel issues Feb. 2007 prices

SteelOrbis Shanghai On February 1, Jiangsu Province-based steel producer Wuxi NewDaZhong issued increased ex-factory product prices for February 2007. The details are as follows: The ex-factory price of HDG increased RMB 100-150/mt ($13-19). After adjustment, the new price of 0.5 mm thick HDG is RMB 6500/mt ($838), while that of 1.0 mm thick HDG is RMB 5950/mt ($767). Meanwhile, the ex-factory price of color coated coil increased RMB 100-200/mt ($13-26). After this adjustment, the new price of 0.4 mm thick color coated coil is RMB 7550/mt ($973), while that of 0.47 mm thick color coated coils is RMB 7150/mt ($921). All above prices include 17 percent VAT and are effective as of February 1, 2007.
