USTR announced fourth group of exemptions

The fourth group of product exemptions are announced by the United States Trade Representative Office (USTR) on June 26, 2002 and revised on June 27, 2002. This fourth group excludes 131 products from the Bush administration's S201 safeguard measures. The exemptions cover a range of products of both hot rolled and cold flat rolled, corrosion resistants, welded pipes and tubes. The exclusions will come into effect once the complete descriptions of excluded products are published in Federal Register notice.
