The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published the preliminary results of a countervailing duty administrative review on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products imported from
France. The period of review is January 1, 2004, through December 31, 2004.
Accordingly, the DOC preliminarily found that the net countervailable subsidy rate for Duferco Sorral, the company under review, is 0.00 percent ad valorem, which is de minimis.
