US DOC: Preliminary results of AD review on HR flats from Romania

Thursday, 09 August 2007 14:07:33 (GMT+3)   |

On December 27, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping duty administrative review on certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products imported from Romania. The period of review is November 1, 2005, through October 31, 2006.

The DOC has preliminarily determined that Romanian producer Mittal Steel Galati (MS Galati) made sales to the US market below normal value during the period of review. Accordingly, a preliminary weighted-average dumping margin of 11.02 percent has been set for MS Galati.

Interested parties are required to submit their comments on the preliminary results.
