On April 20, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced its final results of the antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products from India.
On December 19, 2008, the DOC published the preliminary results of the antidumping duty administrative review of certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products from India. The review covers one respondent, Essar Steel Limited (Essar), for the period of review December 1, 2006, through November 30, 2007.
Based on the analysis of the comments received from interested parties, the DOC made changes to the margin calculations from the preliminary results. The DOC has determined the final weighted average antidumping margin as 5.01 percent for Essar.
