On September 14, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced its decision to postpone the deadline for its preliminary determination in the antidumping (AD) duty review of certain hot rolled (HR) carbon steel flat products from India.
The investigation covers the period of December 1, 2008, through November 30, 2009.
The DOC said that the review deadline has been extended by 180 days to January 7, 2011.
