The US Department of Commerce (US DOC) has announced affirmative final determinations in its antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of imports of stainless steel sheet and strip from the People’s Republic of China (China).

Accordingly, the US DOC has affirmed AD duties of between 63.86 percent and 76.64 percent on imports of the products in question and a countervailing duty of 75.6 percent. The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is scheduled to make its final determination of injury to US producers on or about March 20.
