Ukrainian producers increase pipe production

In January-April of the current year, Ukrainian companies produced 740,600 mt of steel pipes, up 49 percent compared to the same period last year. In April alone, Ukraine's steel pipe production declined by 8 percent compared to March, falling to 185,700 mt.

In 2010, Ukrainian pipe companies had increased their production by 10.7 percent year on year to 1.754 million mt.
