Ukraine’s scrap exports increase in January-July

According to the data released by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, in the January-July period this year Ukraine exported 916,703 mt of scrap, up approximately 60-64.3 percent compared to the January-July period last year, worth a total of $224.51 million, up approximately 23.2-26.6 percent year on year.

The exports in terms of value mostly went to Turkey (81.80 percent), and Moldova (16.99 percent).
