According to the information issued by the Ukrainian Ministry of Economy, in the first ten months of 2008 Ukraine utilized 99.63 percent of its US quota for flat rolled products, supplying a total of 150,080 metric tons.
The yearly US quota for Ukraine regarding the subject products is 150,638 metric tons.
