Ukraine's response to EC's AD measures against Ukrainian seamless pipes

Arseniy Yatsenuk, the Acting Minister of Economy of Ukraine, announced that the Ministry of Economy intends to impose similar measures against goods imported from the EU, in the case of enforcement of 28 percent duty on imports of Ukrainian seamless pipes. After returning from an official visit to EU, he informed that the antidumping investigation against Ukrainian seamless pipes proceeds very difficult. Arseniy Yatsenuk also stated that, in accordance with Ukrainian laws, in case of implementation of the AD measures against imports of Ukrainian seamless pipes, ’we will have to impose similar measures against goods from the EU.
