Ukraine’s iron ore production down slightly in January-September

In the January- September period of this year, Ukraine's production of iron ore declined by one percent year on year to 61.93 million mt, while its iron ore concentrate production also decreased by one percent year on year to 51.4 million mt, according to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers.

Ukraine's output of prepared iron ore raw materials in the period in question declined by eight percent year on year to 46.59 million mt, including 29.79 million mt of agglomerate, down nine percent, and 16.8 million mt of pellets, down six percent, year on year.
