Ukraine utilizes 12.6 percent of its flat rolled quota

In January-April of 2006, Ukrainian producers supplied 17,400 tons of carbon steel flat products with trimmed edges to the US, utilizing 12.6 percent of its annual quota. The yearly quota for 2006 is 138,106 tons.
