Ukraine increases steel semis exports earnings in June

According to the data released by Ukrainian association of metal producers Metallurgprom, in June this year Ukraine exported $451.276 million worth of semi-finished steel products, while imports of these products totaled $5.332 million in value.

One of the main importers of Ukrainian semi-finished steel in June was Italy with a total value of $117.862 million.

In the first half of the current year, Ukraine exported $2.65 billion worth of semi-finished steel products, with imports totaling $32.569 million.

In May this year, Ukraine had exported $446.868 million worth of semi-finished steel, with imports of these products reaching a value of $5.597 million.
