Turkey’s steel pipe exports down 5.7 percent in November

According to the statistics provided by Turkey's Steel Exporters' Association (CIB), in November this year Turkey's total steel pipe exports amounted to 129,731 metric tons, falling by 5.7 percent year on year and down 15.8 percent compared to October this year. Meanwhile, the revenue generated by these exports totaled $134.2 million, rising by 7.9 percent compared to November 2010 and down 15.2 percent month on month.

On the other hand, in the first 11 months of this year Turkey's steel pipe exports stood at 1.5 million metric tons, down 0.8 percent year on year, while the total revenue of these exports amounted to $1.5 billion, increasing by 11.8 percent as compared to January-November 2010.
