Turkey-based steelmaker Kocaer Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Kocaer Çelik) has announced that it has received a value-added steel profile order for solar and energy transmission lines amounting to $18.71 million.
The order in question will positively affect the company’s turnover.
Operating three steel profile mills with a production capacity of 800,000 mt per year, Kocaer meets 33 percent of its annual energy consumption from renewable sources through its solar power plant with a power capacity of 15 million kWh.
