Turkey’s Cemas to supply 980 mt of cast iron balls to Turkmenistan

Cemas Dokum Sanayi AS (Cemas), a Kirsehir, Turkey-based producer of alloy parts for the mining and cement sectors, has announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to supply 980 mt of cast iron balls for the mills of a cement factory project in Turkmenistan, implemented by Istanbul, Turkey-based Polimeks İnşaat Taahüt ve San Tic AŞ (Polimeks).

Cemas said that the cast iron ball shipment in question will be delivered throughout the February-April period of the current year, adding that it has also agreed in principal with Polimeks to deliver further a 1,000 mt of balls to the Turkmenistan project from August on.

With the Turkmenistan cast iron ball delivery agreement, the number of countries to which Cemas has exported its products will hit 21.
