Turkey ups scrap imports from Ukraine in H1

According to the data issued by the Ukrainian government, in the first six months of 2007 Turkey increased its scrap imports from Ukraine by 23.1 percent year on year to 2.4 million metric tons.

The share of scrap deliveries to Turkey in overall Ukrainian scrap exports for the first six months of 2007 rose to 14.8 percent, up from 12.2 percent registered in the corresponding period of 2006.
